FRESNO NOW PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

Fresno Now ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Fresno Now website at fresnonow.live and the Fresno Now mobile app (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. The Service is intended for people in the United States who are at least 13 years old.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The table below lists the categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months, where it comes from, and why we use it.

We collect information from you (forms, profile, messages, uploads), automatically from your device and browser, and from third parties you connect or that sign you in (Apple, Google, TikTok, Instagram). Event listings also come from public sources such as Ticketmaster and Eventbrite; these contain information about events and performers, not about you.

We do not collect your precise GPS location. Please don't enter personal information into search boxes.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• Create and secure your account and keep the Service running
• Show events, recommendations, saved items, and alerts you asked for
• Send emails (like digests) and push notifications you opted into
• Review and manage creator, promoter, venue, and media applications, including age eligibility
• Run giveaways, contests, and leaderboards
• Respond to messages and support requests
• Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it
• Prevent fraud, spam, and abuse (for example, rate limits based on a hashed IP address)
• Comply with the law and enforce our terms

4. ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics to measure how the Service is used, such as which screens are viewed and which ticket links are clicked. We don't send names, emails, phone numbers, or event titles to Google Analytics. Google processes this data on our behalf; see Google's privacy policy for details. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

We do not show third-party ads and do not use advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA) or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the past 12 months, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

We disclose personal information only:

• To service providers that host and run the Service, send email and notifications, store files, and provide analytics, who may use it only to serve us
• To other users, when you choose to post it, such as reviews, ratings, leaderboard display names, and approved uploads
• To event partners, as part of programs you apply to, such as sharing a creator's public social handles with the promoter or venue running an event
• For legal and safety reasons, such as responding to valid legal process or protecting people's safety
• In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition

6. CONNECTED SOCIAL ACCOUNTS

If you're a creator and connect a TikTok or Instagram account, we receive the profile and statistics that platform allows (such as follower and view counts) to review your application and show your stats to our team. You can disconnect at any time from that platform's settings or by contacting us.

7. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and get a copy of it
• Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't do either)
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only for the purposes the law allows, such as verifying age eligibility)
• Not be discriminated against for using these rights

How to make a request. Email support@fresnonowtv.com, or delete your account yourself from Profile in the app. We will confirm your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (up to 90 days if we tell you we need more time). We verify requests by matching them to the email on your account. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your signed permission.

Global Privacy Control. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing, and the website shows a notice when we receive one.

8. OTHER U.S. STATES

Residents of other states with privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of their data. Email support@fresnonowtv.com to make a request. If we deny it, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within the time your state's law requires.

9. CHILDREN AND TEENS

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. The creator program requires participants to be 18 or older. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact support@fresnonowtv.com and we will delete it.

10. DATA RETENTION

We keep each category of information only as long as described in the table in Section 2. In general, account data is kept while your account is open and deleted when you delete your account, except where the law requires us to keep it longer or we need it to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Page-view records are deleted automatically after 90 days.

11. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls that limit who can see your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Service links to ticket sellers and other sites we don't control. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We review this policy at least once a year. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
